The Opportunity

We seek an experienced leader to manage our centre's day-to-day operations, leading a team of dedicated educators and ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.

As a Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of committed educators
  • Driving continuous improvement aligned with NQF and NQS
  • Supporting curriculum planning and documentation based on EYLF
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, WHS, and child protection
  • Building strong relationships with families and the local community
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Up-to-date First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training
  • Excellent knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF, and childcare regulations
