A Day in the Life:

  • \
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.\
  • Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.\
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and room key issuing.\
  • Maintain procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.\
  • Attend to guest requests efficiently and effectively, striving for Total Customer Satisfaction.\

  • Availability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings and overnights, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands.\
