Hotel Ambassador

Located in the heart of Brisbane, we are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Office All Rounder to join our team. This role involves greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling inquiries, attending to calls, and ensuring seamless luggage handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Previous front office experience is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in Opera Cloud and HubOS systems. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster is essential, with shifts ranging from 7am-3pm to 3pm-11pm. Full Australian working rights are mandatory.
