Hotel Servicing Professional

The primary role of a Hotel Servicing Professional is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and hotel public spaces. This involves providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces, meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues and management to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in regular deep cleaning projects and other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays
