We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Marketing Analyst to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our Pepsi Lipton team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth agenda for our Ready to Drink Tea business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of strategic plans, including strategy refresh and annual business plans, in collaboration with our local bottler (Asahi) and global teams.
- Lead the delivery of select marketing projects, working closely with our PLI and Asahi marketing teams.
- Partner with Asahi on category growth initiatives, leveraging local and global insights to create compelling category, customer, and consumer stories.
- Support day-to-day workings with our AU and NZ bottler (Asahi and Better Drinks Co) and Pepsi Lipton team.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce, or equivalent. You will also have experience in customer and/or category management, entry-level FMCG sales management, and marketing project management. Strong commercial understanding and experience in delivering sales targets are also essential. As a key team player, you will be able to work within a small and nimble team, with high visibility and great exposure to senior leadership and talented colleagues across the globe.
