Job Title: Social Media Community ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Social Media Community Manager to scale our social media communities and represent our ethos online. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence across key social platforms, fostering engagement, and implementing strategies to boost community participation and interaction.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with our audience and initiate conversations. They will also be responsible for tracking key metrics such as engagement rates and reach, and providing regular reports to inform social media strategy.About the Role:
  • Manage and grow our brand's online community across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Foster engagement, respond to comments, and initiate conversations with our audience
  • Implement strategies to boost community participation and interaction
  • Support the Social Lead with posting stories and assisting briefing social content plans
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Online Community Management: Manage and grow our brand's online community across multiple social media platforms.
  2. Engagement and Content Creation: Foster engagement, respond to comments, and initiate conversations with our audience. Assist in creating high-quality content that resonates with our target market.
  3. Community Participation: Implement strategies to boost community participation and interaction. Work closely with the Social Lead to brief and schedule social content plans.
