Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Lead and manage quality systems, food safety protocols, and compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in product quality and safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the QA team to ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures that meet industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality systems, processes, and product consistency by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions.
  • Investigate non-conformances and implement effective solutions to resolve quality issues.
  • Manage supplier quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards are maintained through strong relationships and communication.
  • Provide training and leadership to staff on quality and safety procedures to enhance their skills and knowledge.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role within food manufacturing with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience with audits, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
  • Degree or qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field with relevant work experience.
