\The Role\
  • \
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients from infancy to adulthood\
  • Deliver therapy in the clinic and community settings, including preschools and schools\
  • Create resources as needed for clients and the team\
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and present on topics of interest\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction\
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives\\/ul>\

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in speech pathology, current certification with Speech Pathology Australia, and exceptional communication skills. Experience in neurodiversity-affirming practice is advantageous but not essential.
