">We are offering a 18-month Graduate Development Program that combines hands-on experience with professional development opportunities. The program includes three rotations across different departments, allowing participants to gain a broad understanding of the organization's functions.

">The Graduate Development Program
">Participants will have the opportunity to choose from three structured graduate programs, each consisting of three six-month rotations in different areas of the business. They will gain real-world experience through a comprehensive learning model, work closely with senior leaders, and participate in cross-team projects.
">Your Role as a Graduate
">As a participant in the Graduate Development Program, you will contribute to various aspects of the business, including HR, Marketing, Communications, Contact Centre Support, and Investment Operations. You will assist with tasks such as recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, marketing campaign development, content creation, and more.
">Requirements
">We are seeking curious, adaptable, and proactive learners with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Participants should demonstrate involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities and hold a Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 2 years) in a relevant field.
">Program Details
">The program is designed to last for 18 months, with rotations scheduled to take place over three periods of six months each. The program is based in the Melbourne CBD.
