Pool Table Installation Opportunity

 

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a pool table installer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing flat-packed pool tables across Perth metro and surrounding areas, with a service radius of up to 3 hours' drive from the city centre.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble and install flat-packed pool tables in residential and commercial locations.
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Travel within Perth metro and up to 3 hours outside the city for installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment necessary for installations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing installation-related questions or concerns.
- Report any issues, such as damaged parts or incomplete orders, to the operations team promptly.

 

**What We Offer:

- **Paid Training**: Full training is provided, including flights to Sydney to train with an industry expert, to learn industry-leading techniques.
- **Trial Period**: A 3-month trial of casual work where you will be paid $50 per hour to assess your skills and fit for the role.
- **Full-Time Role**: Upon successful completion of the trial, the position transitions to a full-time role, working 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) at a rate of $40 per hour.

**Requirements:

- You must have your own van suitable for transporting pool table components.
- Proven experience in handy-man work, willingness to learn the craft of pool table assembly, installation, or similar roles.
- Ability to handle tools and equipment with confidence.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy components.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.

 

**Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in furniture or equipment assembly is a bonus.
- Prior knowledge of pool table assembly is advantageous but not essential.

 

**Location:

Based in Perth metro, with travel required up to 3 hours outside the city centre.

**Job Types:

Full-time, Casual

**Pay:** $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
