Senior Learning Advisor

AIM is seeking a results-driven Senior Learning Advisor to join our Sydney-based Sales team.

  • Drive sales conversion through inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective students and corporate clients.
  • Provide tailored learning and development advice, mapping career pathways and recommending suitable AIM qualifications and courses.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Learning Solutions teams to ensure consistent messaging and premium student experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
