Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Child Development Therapist to join our team as a Paediatric Physio Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with families, educators, and other health professionals to deliver evidence-based therapy services to children with varying abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of need and develop individualised treatment plans
- Deliver physiotherapy services in a clinic, home, or community setting, using a variety of techniques and modalities
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other therapists to achieve positive outcomes
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including NDIS, disability service providers, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Experience in paediatric physiotherapy, preferably in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Registration with the Physiotherapy Registration Board (AHPRA)
- Current Working with Children Check, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 25kgs and sit/stand for extended periods
