We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team at Rocky Bay.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist to work in a rewarding and challenging environment, providing high-quality care to clients with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide professional speech therapy services to clients across various locations, including North and South of the River regions.
  • To assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, including neurorehabilitation goals and mealtime management.
  • To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • To provide leadership and supervision to junior therapists, promoting their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist in a similar role or sector.
  • Possess strong clinical skills and knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • A competitive salary of $106,940 - $111,699 per annum, plus benefits such as Salary Packaging (up to $18,550) and Leave Loading (17.5% payable on annual leave).
