Kitchen Support Assistant

As a key member of our vibrant kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our commercial kitchen.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain impeccable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods.
- Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Disinfect and clean, ensuring the proper sequence of chemical usage to maintain optimal levels of hygiene.
- Provide valuable support to our kitchen team including basic food preparation, grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasonings.
- Practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is highly regarded.
- An enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude and a positive, motivated demeanor are essential for success in this role.
- Able to thrive working within a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
