This is an opportunity for a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Hospital Kitchen Assistant.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and cleaning within the kitchen area, maintaining high standards of hygiene. This will involve working under day-to-day direction and supervision provided by the Hotel Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, cooking meals, and plating dishes.
  • Cleaning: Clean allocated areas in compliance with Australian Safety and Quality Health Care Standards (ASQHCS) and Agency policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Apart from being physically fit and able to lift heavy items.

Working Conditions
