Job Title: Mechanical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, analyzing problems, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on buildings' mechanical systems, including air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct safety checks and order supplies as needed.

You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements:
  1. Four (4) years of trade school training or equivalent experience in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, electronics, and general mechanical maintenance.
  2. Six (6) years of general maintenance work experience in areas like plumbing, electrical, electronics, HVAC, painting, vinyling, and carpentry.
  3. Ability to lift light to heavy weight objects, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
