About this Role

The University of Wollongong is a national leader in health outcomes measurement and improvement, housed within the Australasian Health Outcomes Consortium. As one of the largest palliative care quality initiatives globally, it supports clinical services through robust data collection, analysis, and quality improvement tools.

We are seeking a skilled Research Fellow – Implementation Scientist to support research projects. This role will coordinate multi-institutional research initiatives focused on improving palliative care. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to evidence-based strategies for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate research activities across multiple institutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for palliative care improvement
  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies for effective palliative care practices

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact translational research in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
