Job Title

A Senior Fundraising Leader is required to drive the Individual Giving portfolio, delivering successful appeals and regular giving programs that maximise donor acquisition, engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, with expertise in individual giving, strategic planning and commercial acumen.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of South Australians impacted by cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the Individual Giving portfolio, delivering successful appeals and regular giving programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise donor acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Provide leadership to the Individual Giving team, collaborating across Fundraising, Marketing, Digital and Data teams to create seamless supporter journeys
  • Monitor performance, analyse donor behaviour and identify opportunities for innovation to strengthen campaign results
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading a high-performing team, ideally in a fundraising environment
  • Strong knowledge of individual giving, appeals and regular giving programs, with proven success in growing revenue
  • Excellent project management, data analysis and evaluation skills, with the ability to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across teams and external partners
