About the Position

The Hospital Research Foundation Group is seeking an exceptional Campaign Lead to coordinate and execute marketing and fundraising campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work collaboratively across teams to generate fundraising outcomes, leads, and maximise supporter engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute programs and initiatives as part of impactful and cohesive multi-channel fundraising appeals, partnerships, peer-to-peer and other fundraising campaigns.
  • Under the guidance of Senior Manager, plan the execution of multichannel marketing and fundraising campaign tactics and work with cross functional team members to deliver.
  • Oversight and development of compelling and persuasive copy for fundraising materials, campaigns, and donor communications.
  • Execution of content creation for the holistic search plan including SEO/SEM and Search Grants to acquire and engage audiences.
  • Use data and insights to inform campaign planning.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to incorporate AI technology into fundraising processes and supporter engagement strategies, collaborating with internal teams to test and incorporate approved AI powered tools into practice.
  • Lead and manage a team of two direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years demonstrated experience in undertaking fundraising and engagement activities within the fundraising industry.
  • And/or at least 2-3 years demonstrated experience undertaking marketing campaigns to generate engagement and revenue.
  • Knowledge of supporter/consumer behaviour principals and audience-centric content creation techniques.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise work under pressure and organise time effectively in order to meet deadlines.
  • Results oriented mindset with the desire and ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
  • A strong interest in the health and not-for-profit sectors.
