About the Role

As a senior fundraising coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns from start to finish. You will leverage your expertise in strategy, supporter engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impact and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to campaign strategy and business cases in collaboration with internal teams by analyzing market trends and customer needs
  • Lead and deliver campaigns on time and within budget using project management processes such as Agile or Scrum
  • Work with stakeholders to localize and optimize campaign tactics by identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver on project plans by ensuring clear communication and setting realistic expectations
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in either the non-profit or corporate sector
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and project manage major fundraising or marketing campaigns
  • A self-starter who can identify and deliver growth opportunities with minimal supervision
