Early Childhood Educator Role

Welcome to Eden Academy. We are a child-safe organization, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

We operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm, providing a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources.

Our younger years rooms offer the perfect setting for 95 children to explore, grow, and thrive, with both indoor and outdoor play areas.

In this role:

  • You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection.
  • Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder.
  • Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day.
  • Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families.
  • Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room.
  • Guide and spark a love of learning that stays with our little learners for life.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning.
  • Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community.
  • Availability to work 5 days - Monday to Friday across various shift patterns.
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
