Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an integral part of our educational service, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children through high-quality, accessible, and inclusive early childhood education and care.

Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters child-centered learning through structured play and nature experiences. You will work closely with children, families, and staff to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to early childhood education.

To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing programs that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child;
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to early childhood education and care;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documents to meet legislative requirements;
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education;

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent qualification;
  • Current Police and Working with Children's Checks;
  • First Aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications;
  • Protecting Children: Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations (PROTECT) Certificate;
  • DoFoodSafely Certificate;
  • All About Allergens for Children's Education and Care Certificate;
