Job Description:

As an Educator at our centre, you'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build trust and foster a sense of community;
  • Monitoring and assessing children's progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adapting programs to meet individual needs;
  • Collaborating with other Educators to ensure continuity and consistency in educational programs across the centre.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues, and adapt to changing circumstances.
