Are you a skilled Heavy Diesel Technician looking for a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Heavy Diesel Technician Leader to join our team at Emeco.

As a Heavy Diesel Technician Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the maintenance and optimization of our heavy earthmoving fleet. You will work closely with our customers and stakeholders to meet organizational objectives and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

We are looking for a candidate with significant post-trade experience in heavy earthmoving equipment, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi. You should have prior site-based maintenance supervisory experience and a strong commitment to safety and leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 10-15 technicians in the maintenance and optimization of our heavy earthmoving fleet
  • Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required
  • Ensuring all maintenance and optimization targets are met on time and within budget
  • Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organizational objectives

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including casual rates up to $86.75 or full-time $73.00 (base + allowances), 8:6 FIFO roster from Busselton and Perth, on-site accommodation and meals provided, fortnightly pays, gym and tennis court on-site, private healthcare discounts, super paid on all hours worked, career progression and stability, permanent full-time position, in-house training programs, and $5K refer a mate program.
