Job Title: Regional Training Manager VIC/TAS

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Training Manager to join our team in Victoria and Tasmania.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building the capability of our store teams across the region, delivering engaging training and coaching that drives retail performance and inspires teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs through face-to-face workshops, virtual classrooms, and store visits.
  • BUILD strong relationships with store teams and embed strategic business plans across the region.
  • Coch and mentor others to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality training and coaching, with a passion for driving business results.
  • Retail management experience, with a focus on developing talent and improving performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to design and deliver training material that engages and motivates.
