Commercial Data Governance Manager">

We are looking for an experienced data governance professional to join our Commercial Transformation team. The successful candidate will lead and operationalise Merchandise data management and governance capabilities across Coles Business Units.

This role requires a strong understanding of data governance principles and frameworks, as well as the ability to work closely with stakeholders to implement new ways of working. You will develop and maintain Product Data Management & Governance framework via a continuous improvement cycle.

You will identify and prioritise Product Data Management & Governance initiatives based on Business Unit data needs and in-flight programs of work. Additionally, you will lead and facilitate the Business Unit Data Readiness Working Group.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in establishing data governance frameworks within large complex businesses. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, data management, or analytics is highly regarded.
