Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to take ownership of purchasing and accounts payable functions, while supporting broader finance operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating requisitions, managing orders, and setting up vendors in our procurement system. Additionally, they will support the finance team with client billing, month-end journals, and ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the purchasing process: create requisitions, manage orders, and set up vendors in Ariba
  • Ensure timely receipt of goods and invoices, and maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Support the finance team with client billing, month-end journals, and ad hoc tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to ensure audit readiness
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by following HSE procedures
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
