Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and reconciling financial transactions
  • Assisting with invoice preparation, allocations and follow-ups
  • Supporting credit card and expense management processes
  • Coordinating purchase orders and handling related queries
  • Uploading documentation to internal and external systems
  • Providing backup support to other administrative functions when required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
  • High level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Team player with a willingness to support others when needed
