The successful candidate will be responsible for setting CRG quality standards and benchmarks, ensuring consistent product compliance with mandatory standards and legislative requirements.

This role will lead the centralisation of reporting and processes, oversee the inspection of goods, and manage bulk quality returns for CRG.

  3. Oversee supplier onboarding, mentorship, and relationship-building to ensure quality across all divisions.">
  4. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives in line with project objectives and timelines.">
  5. Manage quality issues, withdrawn styles, and coordination of claims across all divisions.">
  6. Streamline systems to save time and cost, and drive supplier improvements to enhance quality.">

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Quality Manager role within the apparel, accessories or homeware industry, with a proven understanding of local and offshore manufacturing and retail.

A strong attention to detail in both workmanship and overall quality of products is essential, along with development and management of quality systems and procedures.
