They will be proficient in water quality principles, including risk management plans and frameworks, and possess strong communication skills to effectively build relationships with various stakeholders.

About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategic activities to enhance water quality, protect sources, improve infrastructure, promote sustainability, raise community awareness, and involve Traditional Owners in water management.
- Prepare GWW for changes in drinking water regulations, support quality programs, assist with the transition to ISO certification, review risk management frameworks for water quality, and lead the Drinking Water Quality Executive Committee's risk working group.
- Manage relationships with bulk water suppliers, enhance water quality knowledge among staff, provide evidence-based reports for water quality issues, and offer technical support during water quality incidents.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the water quality industry, effectively communicate complex information, stay informed on regulatory changes, and enhance GWW's reputation while ensuring compliance.
