Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to provide high-level financial stewardship and business direction to our clinical and non-clinical portfolios. As a key member of our Richmond Finance Team, you will report directly to the Finance Director.

In this Full-Time / Part-Time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, efficient, and timely financial support and business advice to Department Managers. Your expertise will ensure robust financial management, accurate budgeting, forecasting, and high-quality financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business/Accounting/Commerce
  • CPA Australia or CAANZ Membership
  • Previous experience and strong working knowledge of the Health industry
  • Advanced financial modelling and data mining skills, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of budget preparation and management
  • Development, analysis, and presentation of business cases to improve Divisional profitability and support CAPEX submissions
  • Analysis of budget variances and strategies to implement remedial action
  • Benchmarking skills and knowledge of best practice
