Randstad Senior Finance is partnering with a leading global commercial real estate services firm to recruit an experienced Financial Operations Manager for their high-performing Client Finance Team.

About the Role:

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will deliver timely and insightful financial support to a key client account. You will work closely with operational leaders and business units to ensure monthly reporting, budgeting, and control processes meet high standards and align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with key contract KPIs.
  • Present meaningful insights to operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Track initiatives and lead monthly accruals, prepayments, and P&L commentary.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation, aged item management, and financial query resolution.
  • Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
  • Partner with business streams to build bottom-up property-level cost bases.
  • Identify risks, deliver variance analysis, and support decision-making.
  • Present outputs to stakeholders across facilities management, procurement, etc.
  • Maintain ownership of client finance-related controls.
  • Support audit processes and liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Uphold compliance with internal SOX control standards.
  • Manage client P&Ls and contribute to monthly performance reviews.
  • Support the development of operating plans and finance initiatives.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects to enhance process and system efficiencies.

Act as a finance partner to operational stakeholders including Facilities Managers and Portfolio Managers.

Deliver responsive and high-quality support tailored to client needs.
