About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Solutions Consulting team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales teams in order to deliver successful customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert on the RiskNarrative platform and its application across regulated markets
- Support high-value and complex opportunities, working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, ensuring deep technical product knowledge is available to support commercial engagements
- Maintain high levels of RN product and market knowledge across the RN Core SC team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Create and maintain Global RN SC Best Practise, working closely with the Solutions Consulting Director to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions
- Assist sales calls remotely or face-to-face, qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes, ensuring timely and effective delivery of client requests
- Support the training of internal teams in understanding RiskNarrative, delivering excellent solution demonstrations and customer engagements
- Lead the presentation of the technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution through demos and process flows, evidencing how it aligns with customer requirements
- Proven experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting, professional services, or sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams and understanding the full sales life cycle & processes
- Experience gained within a Technology and/or Data focused organization and solution implementation experience
- Proven experience leading complex sales engagements selling cloud technology into regulated markets
- University or bachelor's degree or equivalent
- MS Office expertise, including strong PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts, able to convey technical subject matters in simple business-friendly terms
- Highly motivated self-starter, naturally proactive with a great sense of initiative
- Public speaking or public presentation experience would be beneficial, as would Financial Crime and Compliance industry experience
As a Senior Solutions Consultant with our company, you can expect a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including:
