Venue Manager Opportunity in Gisborne

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team in a newly refurbished venue. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and the ability to work on a rotating roster, including some nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the venue ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff.
  • Supervise a team of hospitality professionals to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
