Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective monitoring strategies for Upwind's and customers' environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and metrics to track performance and progress.
  • Communicate changes, updates, and improvements within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies in cloud monitoring and security.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student in engineering or computer science.
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 working days per week, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, or similar).
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a global team.
