Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting our clients on our prestige beauty products.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create impactful in-store events and ensure our visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including skin care and make-up expertise.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or beauty-related role, with a strong passion for customer service and beauty.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
