Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Search Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our SEO team, you will be responsible for providing multichannel analysis and insight to address global search trends towards AI search usage.

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of fundamental SEO principles (technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research, link/mention building). They must also have demonstrable experience working within an agile framework, including familiarity with sprint cycles, creating user stories, and sizing work.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our SEO objectives and informs the work of our PR, Community, and Social Media teams towards influencing AI search answers.

They will be responsible for guiding the creation of content that is not only valuable to human audiences but also structured and optimised for AI ingestion.

The ideal person will stay abreast of the latest developments in generative AI, LLMs, and search engine algorithms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as an SEO specialist
  • Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of fundamental SEO principles
  • Demonstrable experience working within an agile framework
  • Experience in developing and executing a multichannel content strategy
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
