About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Lead to join our team at Service Stream. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data, as well as providing support to our planning and performance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and operations, with experience in managing and maintaining large datasets. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement data quality processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the planning and performance team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on data-related issues and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in a data operations or analysis role.
  • Strong background in data analysis and operations, with experience in managing and maintaining large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
