**Customer Service Representative Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our Trade Centre store in Northmead, NSW. This is a permanent full time position with a requirement to work on a rostered Saturday.

This role involves:

  • Developing strong working relationships with depot/agencies
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Mixing and tinting paint accurately
  • Assisting in maintaining stock levels
  • Complying with safety standards

You'll be confident with people, have great communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You'll also need to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Communicating effectively and clearly
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
  • Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
