Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the full lifecycle of a major mixed-use project, currently in design and scheduled for construction commencement. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking builder with an excellent track record in high-density residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer head contracts and subcontractor packages
  • Lead procurement planning and subcontractor letting
  • Manage variations, claims, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist in financial reporting and project reviews

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior CA on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use builds.
