As Procurement and Contracts Officer you will establish Standing Offer Arrangements (SOA) including negotiating terms, conditions, and commercials with multiple vendors, drafting SOAs, evaluating tenders, preparing contracts for execution. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation such as Buyer's Guides, Fact sheets, and other contract artefacts. Provide high-quality and timely contract administration. Prepare reports on supplier and contract performance and benefits. Undertake work practices in line with the requirements of the One Government Contract Management Framework. Participate in whole-of-government ICT category management activities, including procurement, vendor, and contract management operational processes. Facilitate effective communications and foster relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders. Respond to enquiries and provide a high level of customer support through management of a range of communications channels.
Other activities as required to facilitate effective contract and vendor management.
