About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Administrator to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our order management team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process orders, ensuring compliance with guidelines and rules set in place.
  • Track and report the status of all orders to sales teams, updating in a timely manner.
  • Receive and review customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter orders into the system and track their progress throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Generate invoices based on approved orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms.
  • Verify billing information and address discrepancies if needed.
  • Ensure that customer orders align with contractual terms and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any order discrepancies.
  • Address customer and/or internal stakeholder inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Update customer profiles and relevant information in the system.
  • Ensure all necessary information is captured for accurate reporting.
  • Conduct quality checks on orders to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Ensure all documents and data are complete and accurate.
  • Distribute monthly booking reports and status of orders, including a report of all found order issues.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Solid demonstrated experience in order fulfillment administration or related roles.
  • Solid demonstrated experience gained within a global IT services organization is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated billing experience as part of an order fulfillment administration or related role.
