Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the chef in food production and preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Support with kitchen duties during peak hours, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently, providing excellent customer service and accuracy.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers with a smile, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, working effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and allergen-aware environment, prioritising customer well-being and health.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • A current police check is mandatory.
  • Prior Catering Assistant experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to multitask are crucial for success.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday is necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and unsupervised is required.
  • Physical fitness and reliability are essential for this role.
