Job Opportunity for Experienced Disability Support Workers
Job Description:- Support individuals in their daily lives by providing high-quality care and assistance in supported independent living settings, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Provide direct support to meet a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care, as well as facilitating connections to the community.
We are seeking individuals with resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities are essential. Applicants must be able to obtain the required NDIS clearance and possess basic computer skills.
Key Requirements:- Ability to work varied shifts, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays with significant availability.
- Current driver's licence and smart phone ownership.
