About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Leading Hand Mechanical Tradesperson to join our maintenance team at Infra Build Wire in Mayfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily planning and problem-solving of service events
  • Providing support and training to the mechanical trade crew
  • Keeping accurate records of completed work
  • Compliance with quality and safety processes
  • Undertaking fitting work as required
Qualifications
  • Certificate III Mechanical Trade certificate is essential
  • Supervisory insights with the ability to delegate work
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • SAP exposure
  • Strong focus on safety and initiative with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills along with a proactive approach
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Forklift, Dogman, EWP, Working at heights and Confined spaces qualifications
