Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Barista to join our team at Precruitment.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming and serving customers, handling orders efficiently, operating coffee equipment, and preparing a diverse range of drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and serve 100+ customers in a fast-paced environment, handling dine-in and takeaway orders efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, tea, milkshakes, smoothies, fresh juices, and espresso-based drinks.
  • Handle food preparation, such as toasties, wraps, cakes, and muffins, and deliver meals to tables while providing excellent customer service.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, and provide basic barista training to new staff.
  • Manage stock, replenish supplies, and place weekly orders to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  • Handle cash and process payment transactions, and maintain proper cash management protocols.
  • Ensure workspace cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning duties, following hygiene protocols, and adhering to COVID-19 safety measures.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

  • Attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach to all tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and confident, mature, and personable manner.
  • A motivated team player who can work autonomously and within a team.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per annum based on experience.
