Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Leading Hands/ Plant Operators with a background in the Asphalt Industry, Civil Construction, and Road Maintenance to join our team for upcoming projects. Positions will be based in Cairns and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Leading Hand experience with a focus on concreting, form setting, and timber operations
Machine and forklift operations
Working around bulk earthworks and services
Assisting site labourers as needed
Capacity to undertake multiple driving tasks involved in road construction

Requirements

Current MR driving licence
Relevant machinery tickets
Industry white card
Sound communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time and workload management skills
Ability to work unsupervised or in a team environment
Full Australian working rights

What We Offer
