Job Overview
Based in Bunbury, we seek a permanent full-time Administration / Accounts Payable officer to join our busy team.
The successful candidate will report to the Administration Manager and is responsible for providing effective administrative support and ensuring efficient processing of accounts payable for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks such as banking and post.
- Processing customer invoices.
- Taking customer payments.
- First point of contact for customers.
- Answering phones and assisting customers accordingly.
- General office support to assist site managers.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and has:
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to work well with a small team or independently.
