Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department, ensuring compliance with legislative and departmental guidelines.

About The Role

The Finance Assistant will assist with the procurement and administrative support of all financial, procurement and asset requirements for the prison. They will also monitor purchasing activities, ensure compliance with legislative and departmental guidelines, and provide assistance to the Finance Coordinator with financial and business activities.
