Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of new units through our workshop, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve health, safety, and environmental key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote a zero-harm work environment.
  • Supervise the workflow through the workshop, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to pre-delivery staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and present weekly progress reports on new unit production levels, highlighting areas of growth and improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, aligning with company values and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the business.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a trade qualification in material handling equipment or a related field. Strong leadership skills, including people management and supervision, are essential. Additionally, you should have a commitment to maintaining safe work practices, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and resolve conflicts. Experience in IC, battery electric, and hydraulic equipment is highly desirable, as is a high level of product knowledge.
